Do you have a size guide?

Our size guide helps you to find the right size of our clothing. You can find the size guide on the product detail page. The measurements of our collection are shown in centimeters. If you still have questions regarding your size, please feel free to contact us. We will advise you.

Where can I find more product information?

You will find more information about the composition of the fabric on the product detail page. If you have any additional questions, please feel free to contact us.

Is a product still in stock?

Products may run out of stock during the season. If the colour or size isn’t shown on the product detail page, it is no longer in stock.

Can I specify a different shipping address?

Yes you can. In the checkout process (step 2 – Delivery), you can add and select a different address from the billing address.

Can I change my order?

You can delete your garments and choose alternative items if they are still in your shopping bag. If you have completed the checkout process, including payment, then you can no longer make any changes. When you receive your order, you can return those products you do not wish to keep and place a new order.

Can I cancel my order?

That depends on the shipping status. Contact us as soon as possible, quoting your order number. Once your order is already processed it cannot be cancelled.

What is the delivery time of my order?

The Netherlands, Belgium and Germany 3-5 working days.

Other European countries 5-8 working days.

How do I return an item?

Pack your item(s) in its original box and packaging. Stick the printed return label on top of the box for addressing the package. You can find the return form under ‘delivery & returns’.

What are your rules on returns?

Unworn and undamaged items still bearing the original label and in original packing can be returned within 14 days of receipt.

How long does it take to process my refund?

After we have received and checked your return order, we will refund your purchase amount to your bank account. We will refund the money to your bank account within 14 days.

Is it possible to exchange an article for a different size?

We’re not able to offer an exchange on items. All returned items will be refunded once they’ve been received by our warehouse. If you want articles replaced for a different size or color, or you want a different item, you will need to place a new order.
